Rainbow High School’s U13 Boys Basketball Team proudly represented Botswana at the ISSA Basketball Tournament held in Mafikeng, South Africa. The tournament brought together eight competitive teams from across the region, including ISSA A and B (South Africa), The Learning Center (Botswana), Sacred Heart (South Africa), UFST (Swaziland), Nattie (Zimbabwe), and Sol Plaatje (South Africa).

Despite facing strong and experienced opponents, the Rainbow boys displayed remarkable teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship throughout the tournament. Competing for the first time at this level, the team held their own and celebrated a hard-earned victory against Sol Plaatje.

While the competition proved challenging, each game was an opportunity for growth and learning. The boys showed great spirit, resilience, and a true love for the game — qualities that make us proud as a school community.

We commend our U13 Basketball Team for their dedication and courage in representing Rainbow Schools with pride. This experience marks an important step in their sporting journey and sets the foundation for even greater achievements ahead.
